During the process of having our soffit repaired there were some misunderstandings miscommunication that occurred. However, each time that we called to discuss the issues, those that we talked to listened to our concerns and worked to have them addressed. Philip Bos heard our complaint and quickly offered to have someone come out and redo the work. Additionally when Terry came to the house to talk with us about our concerns he was very professional and willing to meet our needs. While it is unfortunate that the situation occurred, we do appreciate your willingness to correct the situation and stand behind your commitment to high quality and customer service.
