Syed Mansoor Shah review about company Trusted Roofing Experts

Very unprofessional and unethical. I hired them to repair some lifted shingle around the vent boots on my roof. They worked on them and it seemed to be looking fine from the ground. After they finish their work, I paid them and they left. The contract was written for 1 year of warranty for labor and material. Next day I went up in my Attic and found that there were holes that were not sealed around the vent boots. I started calling Joe, who is the key person of this company and perhaps the owner, most of the time he did not respond. But if by chance he answered. He promised to come the next morning and fix it. It has been months, but Joe never came. I wish I had read these reviews before hiring him. Even if I read them while he was working on my roof, I would have done a complete inspection of the job before paying him off. Don't wast your money or get your property damaged by these guys. They will bring more damage than repairing it. I am planning to file a law suit against his company. Not only for getting my money back, but also for discouraging these scammers from playing with others and kicking them out of the market. I wish I had Joe's picture that I could attach with this review to let people recognize him and stay away from him.
