I have had the same experience as all of the other terrible reviews! A halfway job was done and big promises of a 10 year warranty and inspection every 6 months were made. After he was paid he was never heard from again. We call and call and get no answer and no call back. This is absolutely unacceptable and we will NEVER allow this dishonest "business" to do work for us again.
