Stephen Whitley review about company Sumner Roofing & Exteriors

Excellent company with honest staff and employees. I called Neal for a estimate for a new roof. Neal contacted me back, post inspection, and inquired about why I wanted or felt I needed a new roof. I expressed visible issues that were apparently not issues at all. Neal advised me that unless I just wanted a new roof he would not suggest it at this time. All of this after two competitor companies had given us quotes for a new roof without disclosing the lack of current need for a new one. One of my concerns was addressed with a quick and minor repair for a very fair price. When a company declines a profitable job because they are fair and honest that is about as upstanding as it gets. I know which company WILL get the job when I am truly in need. Thanks Sumner Roofing!!
