Dale Payne and his crew rehabilitated an out-building at my house that probably should have been bull-dozed. I've got the pictures to prove it. The work they did, both inside and out was remarkable. No one can believe it is the same building. They were fair, skilled, friendly and responsive. I would re-hire them In a second. In fact, I'm sure I will.
