Thanks to David and his great crew!! First, when we called with concern about a roof leak, the response was prompt. David examined and reported back to us in detail, explaining where the leaks were and the general health of our aging roof and skylights which had lasted ten years beyond its expiration date. David was helpful, informative and low key/no pressure. He brought shingle samples and discussed pros and cons of a the different options. He provided a prompt itemized estimate, and there have been no hidden costs or surprises. We decided to go ahead, a time was scheduled, and we were kept informed about weather contingencies. The crew was excellent. (Our neighbors commented on the work ethic they observed thru the days.) Clean up was thorough. And we are really pleased with how the roof and gutters look. We highly recommend Element Smart Roofing.
