Michael Zhao review about company Element Smart Roofing

We have used this company to install the roof for our rental property. After a year or so, our tenants have noticed that there are leaking in multiple places, which is due to inappropriate installation of drainage system for the roof. When initially contacting the company, we got a quick response that the company sent a worker to examine and partially fix leaking issues. Unfortunately, the initial fix does not address the root cause. From that point onward, the company becomes quite slow to respond to our request, despite their agreement to do so. In fact, the excessive delays cause enormous amount of headache for our tenants. We are also worried because the leaking damages the building and more importantly creates liability for landlord. We probably have to get a legal help, before this company is willing to fulfill its obligation.
