Our experience with The Roof Medic has been excellent. Mr. Jordan Cox, the owner, was extremely helpful in working with our insurance company in all regards. He patiently explained all of our roofing options and gave us advice and honest recommendations. Going through the process of getting a new roof is pretty stressful, and he helped make it less so. We appreciated the responsiveness from Alexis, the office manager, who is always polite and cheerful. Julian and the rest of the crew are all excellent! We highly recommend The Roof Medic! Edit: The Roof Medic is great. Jordan came back nearly a year later to look over the work done and to make sure there was nothing amiss with our new roof they had installed in October of last year. He even did some caulking on our gutter and attached some flashing to our soffit at no charge. I appreciate his attention to detail and how well he knows his stuff!
