We started our process some time ago when Roof Medic was called to inspect and protect a section of our roofing that needed attention. We considered whether to replace the roof with shingles or to have a metal roof installed. We are happy to say that we went with the metal roof. Roof Medic (Jordan) was very patient and helpful as we determined how to finance the roof (Greensky) and what the total options would be. They were very professional and courteous as we dealt with weather delays and other timing during the long process. We are extremely pleased with the new roof and Jordan’s attention to detail and personal inspection throughout. Dave Montroy was overseeing the project most of the time and we could count on him for about anything. The team truly made us feel that our satisfaction was their priority. Even Alexis coordinated for the office and kept us informed of progress and timing. We strongly recommend this team for any roofing needs that you might have.
