Michael Benson review about company Roofing Services & Solutions
First impression poor customer service right out of the gate. Nothing like having appointment times set and confirmed for 12pm, then receive a call from the company at 11:15 saying can we change the time to 1:30pm. After taking time off work I explained my situation and said unfortunately I cannot wait till 1:30pm. Their response was “ok see you at noon.” To my surprise 12:45pm comes around and no show and no response from the person coming to do the survey. After calling the company explaining what just occurred, their response “sorry I don’t know his schedule and I can’t reschedule you right now.” I don’t normally write reviews but this is poor customer service, not something I’d want to deal with while in the beginning stages of roof repair.
