Received a report from a housing inspector which indicated a further assessment should be done by a roofing professional for a couple areas. Instead of making an actual assessment to see if the fascia needed to be replaced and look for an active leak in the flashing, the company produced a quote to replace everything - fascia, plywood, flashing, etc and the quote totaled nearly $5K. With fast and easy access to the attic and a basic inspection camera they could have done a proper job.
