Requested repair on our tile roof. After an estimate, never got a return call to complete the repair. Would never call them again! Your brother is not the one who gave the estimate. Zach gave the estimate. Ever time we called we were told he is in a meeting or out on a job “repairing a roof”. Hum, I thought you said that no one was working. All it takes to run a business is some curtiousness. Would it have hurt someone to return a phone call or have the receptionist (that we spoke to several times) say that there was an illness in the family and you were unable to complete the work. Very unprofessional!
