Chuck Freeman review about company Elk Construction - Roofing & Siding

On May 21st we had a water leak coming in around the free standing stove pipe on the roof. I called Advanced Exteriors who installed the roof and Andrew came out to inspect it. He said it needed a new B-Vent jack We were ok with that but they would not communicate with us as to when it would be done even when we e-mailed them. After waiting 12 days with a leaking roof, from all the rain we have had this year I contacted Dallas Preston with Elk Construction and the next day he put a new stove pipe cap on re-calked the B-vent jack, shingles seams and nails that held the vent jack down. The day after we had it fixed a guy from Advance Exteriors shows up and said I am here to fix your roof leak without even calling to see if we were home or to let us know he was coming out to do the repair. No Leaks So Far! Thanks Dallas and Elk Construction!
