Wayne Barnes review about company Rock Solid Exteriors - Roofers and Siding Contractors

We needed a roofing contractor after a heavy rain caused a water stain in a closet in the home.  We didn't know how serious an issue we were facing, but we chose Rock Solid Roofing based upon the positive reviews online.  We are so glad that we chose them.   Ron is the person who came to the home to review the situation.  From the first interaction, he gave us a positive experience.  He called prior to the visit, he was on time, he was professional and friendly.  He was very clean and neat both in appearance and in the care he took when entering and working in the home.  He explained things and even gave me the choice of stepping up the ladder to see the damage from the crawl space or the choice to see a picture.  We don't know anything about this business and he could have taken advantage of that, but he explained that this was a very minor issue that could easily be taken care of with some repairs where an electrical conduit enters the home on the roof.  When Ron was finished with his inspection and review, I told him that my husband was a few minutes away and would be back soon.  he waited for my husband to arrive so that any questions he had could be answered. This time around, we were lucky that it was a minor issue and he helped make sure that our insurance covered it.  When the time comes that we need to replace our whole roof, we will be sure to call Rock Solid Roofing and ask for Ron.  His honesty, integrity and service were outstanding!
