Custom Roofing installed a new roof on my home 5 yrs ago and gave me a 12 yr warranty on workmanship. It started leaking and I made several attempts to contact Custom Roofing. Allen responded to my first call and said he would come by and look at it. He never came to look at the roof leak and he never responded to any of my messages. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. He never responded to the Better Business Bureau either.
