Jennifer Leija review about company Castillo and Co Roofing

This company is quite professional and work in a timely manner. The examination and quote were both free, a time was setup for the same week and Caleb arrived to examine the roof and advised of the condition and the repairs needed. He advised us of what exactly needed work and stated that he would get the quote from his boss and advise me after the weekend. (The examination was performed on a Friday.) On Monday i received my quote by phone and Caleb went into detail on how the pricing was calculated in regards to what needed to be fixed and materials that would be used. We setup a time to work on the roof. They were timely and efficient while working. Before the process began, Caleb went over the documentation and what was being performed to make sure that everything was in writing for us. Caleb was very courteous and professional at all times, he always made sure to ask if we had any questions or wanted to cover anything else in detail. They went above and beyond in providing a great service.
