Outstanding Service! Castillo & Co. were highly professional from the very first phone call to the end of completing the services we hired them for. We had a couple of leaks in our ceiling after the heavy rain. I contacted Castillo & Co. to see if they could evaluate the damage. The Owner came the very next day, evaluated my roof, explained the damage in detail and provided the options to correct it and offered to repair it the same day. I asked several questions because I wanted to make sure I was not going to be paying for things I did not need. He was extremely patient, detailed, and understanding. He answered every single question my wife and I had with a thorough explanation. Once his employees arrived, they carried the same demeanor as the Owner, very nice, professional, and courteous. They found many other things wrong once they started their repair and they did more investigating, only to find a pipe from my roof, running in my attic to nowhere, a long 2x4 with nails pointing straight up, attached to nothing, and several areas of my roof that needed patching. They repaired everything that was wrong, but only charged me for the initial estimate of fixing the two areas causing the leaks. He could of charged me for the other repairs, but the Owner wants everyone to know that his Company cares, they want your business, and they are there to fix your problems and address your concerns. In addition, the phone call to his Company was just as pleasant. The Owner's Wife answered my initial call and she was just as professional as her husband. Their entire team was extremely professional and courteous. They send you an email with a report of findings, including pictures, and the estimate of repairs. You can pay online at your convenience once you receive the email. When I have any roofing concerns, I will be calling Castillo & Co.
