In 2016 when we first started our brand new tiny house business, we did not know who or where to turn to in order to sub out the building of our homes. After months of researching numerous contractors, companies, and just about anyone we could think of, we decided to use Maintenance Free Exteriors to take over the lead as our exterior general contractor. Maintenance Free did all of the following for us: framed, sheathed, wrapped, and waterproofed the house, added the roof decking, underlayment, and they even installed our Decra shingle XD metal roofing. Maintenance Free Exteriors also installed all of our windows, doors, and introduced us to a brand new product called Celect siding which is a top-quality brand made by Royal Building products. To date, Robert with Maintenance Free exteriors has built over 5 custom tiny homes for our clients. I cannot speak enough about the quality of work, attention to detail, timeliness, and dedication Maintenance Free Exteriors brings to the job. Our company is unique as we don’t produce "normal" homes, but I truly believe that Maintenance Free Exteriors can do it ALL! If you need any work done to your house, whether it be exterior or interior, I would not trust anyone but Maintenance Free to do the job. I even went with this company when the hailstorm hit our personal house in Highland Village a couple months back and we needed a new roof. Call these guys, you won't regret it!
