Jenna Ochoa review about company Maintenance Free Exteriors

As a working mom finding time to get a bid is a bit of a challenge. I read the reviews of this company on home advisor and called multiples times to set up appointments. The first one they didn't ever show up, I gave them 45 minutes then called and spoke to a man who said he was going to look into it and call me back. I never received a call back. Trying to be understanding I called back a few days later and the owner of the company answered. He apologized and said he was personally going to come out to give us an estimate. After taking off work another day for the appointment, another employee calls me two hours before the appointment to cancel. I have not heard from them since. Wish I was able to leave a review on their work but I just haven't been able to get them to show up to the appointments they set.
