Too Notch Exteriors is a giant scam operation. They will ask for half down and half upon completion. The owner will then cash your check and charge the materials against your house. In the middle of construction they will request more money or the remaining of the payment. The work that they do complete is not always up to code, nor is it done in the fashion of an experienced contractor. They cut corners and try to have the job done prior to you receiving notification that the materials were left unpaid and the building supply company will be placing a lien against your property if Top Notch Exteriors doesn't pay the balance. When you contact the owner to rectify the matter he is very rude and threatening.
