Terry Burd review about company Top Notch Exteriors

Eric andrew Falstad is still scamming people out of their money whether the home owner, employee or suppliers.Eric performed very poorly on my parents house.Through the one month process of a one week job I informed him he was not qualified to take on my house. Gave Eric half down and requested my deposit back.Eric informed me my materials had been paid for and special order couldn't be returned,many times. Told me the supplier would be placing a lien on my property. After I tracked down the material at ABC in Oronoco,Mn.it was special order but returned since no payment was received. Both roofing and siding.He has many suits against him and Top Notch Exteriors (company name).I'm glad I didn't let him start on my house some people have had material removed and left exposed to the weather. It's really a shame to have to give one star. There should be a negative star. A crook at best. His fathers name was on BBB when I first looked them up and at the time had no negative reviews.(Andy Falstad) same addressed used for place of business.
