I had the roof on my rental property and a flat patio roof on a bank owned property replaced by bay to bay and they’re great, Anthony, Tina, Matt and George are awesome. they got the roof on the vacant done in record time, within 3-4 days from when I contacted them. The roof on my rental looks great they used the tpo system and architectural grey shingles the house is noticeably cooler during the day and quieter when it rains. Their customer service is great someone is always available to answer any question you may have. I plan on using them for any of the bank owned properties I may service in the Bay Area in the future for my business and will recommend them to any of my buddies or family that need roofing work.
