Geoffrey Maroun Akiki review about company Bay to Bay Roofing, Inc.

The roof turned out to be fine but I was not informed of a chimney flashing problem that ended up causing a water leak and I had to spend an additional $1100 to fix. They did come and do a quick patch but did not offer any permanent solution or recommendations of someone who could fix it. I feel they should have at least mentioned it and the right answer is they should have fixed it as part of the roof job. I asked for pictures before and after that they patch guy took but they were never sent even though they said they would. My overall experience was not satisfactory and tedious, especially in getting information from them.
