Terrible customer service, they like excuses to avoid fixing things, Managers are so busy that they don't have time to call you, and the people what answer the phone wouldn't provide their owners name, they promise to call you but they never do it, you have to beg them in order to fix their mistakes, they have no idea about customer service. The roof looks horrible and I'm just waiting to see what happens when it rains. I found them online with out doing my research but I wouldn't recommend this company. Avoid headaches and go somewhere else. As soon as they sell the roof they are not nice anymore, they tell you that hiring them will avoid the problems with subcontractors, but then you have problems with them. The instaler is a rude person that thinks he can treat you as you were garbage. DON'T HIRE THEM! PLEASE!
