William Arrington review about company Strong Brothers Construction, L.L.C.

I am VERY upset with the action taken by this firm! They also claim, "Strong Brothers is a small town Construction Company that takes pride in everything we do. Customer satisfaction is our main goal." They are NOT "dependable, professional, or quality-driven" in their decision not to even start or do the job they provided a quote for, simply because they refused to comply with a government grant requirement of payment in full at time of final inspection and completion of the job (not any time later, as they insinuate). As they say, it was an estimate. This tells me they do not even care about following through on their promises. They flat-out refused a guaranteed payment of all monies due upon satisfactory inspection and completion of their work to be performed. When the government official contacted them to explain the process, they refused to even proceed to do the contract. I can not, and will not recommend this firm to anyone until they decide to do my job, and prove to me they are what they claim to be. The rating is one-star, but should be much lower.
