Marvin Dooley review about company Vista Roofing

0 STARS! 1)-Tornado hits 3/3/19 Sunday. They come out to view/estimate damage 3/8 Friday. 2)-Did not here anything for several days so i asked if they were still interested in doing the job. They said yes and the estimate would be sent to me by 3/14. 3)- Estimate was e-mailed(by Joe) to me Friday night. I seen it Sat. morning. It was dated 2/25/19 which was before the tornado hit(3/3). 4)- No insurance company is going to accept that! They missed several items we discussed during the inspection in the quote also. 5)- I brought it to their attention. 6)- **Sunday night they send me an e-mail saying and i quote: "I’m sure by now, your frustration with us is probably past the point of saving this relationship. So I will make this simple for the both of us; we are not the contractor for you. I apologize that it took me 4 days to prepare your estimate and there were a few small details left out"! "I must respectfully bow out of this job". **So...here i am for 2 weeks thinking they are going to take care of this as they said they were! Not Good Business Practice! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED THAT WE WASTED ALL THIS TIME(HAVING A TORNADO HIT YOU IS STRESSFUL ENOUGH WITHOUT HAVING A CONTRACTOR LEAD YOU ON FOR 9 DAYS!
