It is with pleasure that I recommend Kincaid Roofing. The entire team is dedicated to doing a quality job. They are professional and knowledgeable, as well as caring and compassionate. Brandy in the front office is courteous and efficient. She goes the extra mile to make sure everything goes well. This is also true about Kyle, who was our representative in the field. He worked beautifully with our insurance adjuster and explained the entire roofing process step-by-step. He answered all our questions thoroughly and in easy-to-understand language. The crew that worked on the roof did an excellent job, stayed on schedule, and genuinely cared about us as a customer. They cleaned up the area beautifully, too. All in all, our total experience was excellent and the roof looks great!
