Francesca di Poppa review about company Kincaid Roofing, Windows & Siding

Called for an estimate. Initially everything went great, then we started having a hard time getting them to respond. They knew that we needed the work urgently, but, long story short, they strung us around for a month and then said they couldn't do our roof, no explanation-- all of this when we had also asked them an estimate for windows. Needless to say, we're getting both windows and roof from someone else, but we wanted to warn potential customers against them. From the review, it looks like when they do the work they're all right, but stringing along customers and then hanging them out to dry is very unprofessional.
