JM Construction replaced the roof of our condo building in downtown Rockford. We chose JM because they came highly recommended from two different acquaintances and we couldn’t be more happy with their work. JM was very punctual every step of the way from the initial meeting to provide us an estimate through their final visit as the project concluded. I was very impressed with the owner, Justin’s, involvement with the project and his repeated check-ins with us ensuring that we were kept in the loop throughout the duration. The summary of our experience is that JM did what they said they were going to by exceeding the expectations that were set. A rare concept in today’s world of home repair.
