Dieula Dominique review about company Roofing Restoration Services of America

I would give this company a -5. The worst customer service a company EVER! This company promise to have roof completed back in May. The materials was delivered in June. Now we're in July everyday they have an excuse for not showing up from Driver not having an government issued ID to enter a gated community. How in the world your driver dosen't have a ID. Today, they claimed the guard won't let in....why I did get a call when they was a gate...I didn't get a call until 10:45. The lady on the phone said, they will pick up the materials. How will your guys pick up but can't do the job? Remember the guard won't let them in. I believe this company took more than they can chew at the expense of the customer's roof. I'm in Florida hope the CEO can read this review. I would EVER recommend this company EVER!
