Poor workmanship and Horrible customer service. The contractor is a storm chaser preying on military families. He submitted several bills all with different totals. Half of the bills didn’t add up correctly. Then he threatens to put a lien on my house a day after he submits yet another bill to the insurance company. How you threaten a customer bc you can’t do math is beyond me. Also the work stunk. They had to come out three times bc tiles kept coming off my roof. I asked usaa to blacklist them. If you’re in Wyoming colorado use anyone else!
