Robert Janas review about company Ferguson Roofing

The Sales Experience: Our experience with Ferguson Roofing was horrible right from the beginning. When the person that came out to identify what we wanted done, he acted as though he had better places to be rather then here doing his job. Each time that we communicated with him, it was the same type attitude. The Install: Two gentlemen came out to perform the installation. A day or two prior to them starting the work, they dropped off their needed materials and left them right in my driveway. To be able to park, I had to move the materials they had left. At no time was there any notification to me or my family that they would be dropping off their materials. When these two had “finished” the install, numerous things were found to be wrong. First, they had left a mess all around my house. They also left several nails laying in my driveway, and in my yard and patio around the house. Upon inspection of the install, I found several items that needed to be repaired. Their work was horrible. The Fix: Numerous visits came from Ferguson Roofing technicians in an attempt to fix the mistakes. Each time, I would have to contact the company again as sometimes the techs would make it even worse. After several visits and several no-shows, I contacted the main office and asked to talk to someone in management. They put me in contact with one of the supposed owners. This guy came out and looked at all the issues, and even identified some on his own. He made a comment that this was one of the best looking jobs he had seen and that I was just being picky. That’s VERY sad that this was one of his company’s best looking jobs. I wish I would have known that before calling them. Well…the initial install happened at the end of October 2018, and on 11 Mar 2019 they finally came out and somewhat finalized everything. I have given up on expecting it to be done right, instead I am being forced to be happy with it being functional. You can be damn sure that I will share my experience with everyone that I can.
