They were very professional, completing the roof as contractually promised. The finished product was beautiful. They took great care to keep the property clean, including landscaping. They even cleaned the rain-drip metal edges. They completed the project within the promised timeframe. The site manager showed great care, as well as having shown excellent customer service skills. A much- appreciated added feature was their providing a Wind Mitigation report for the purpose of applying for an insurance discount. The only suggestion is that the appointed liaison-agent should improve communication between the company and the customer. This is a key position, providing the customer with the feeling that there is someone available at all times who is willing to work with the customer. For this reason, 4 stars instead of 5 were given. Otherwise, City Roofing should have earned 5 stars. Only one person was the cause of the 4 stars. They are highly recommended and very dependable. Yes
