David Cordero review about company City Roofing

Do not use this company. I hired them to fix a leak and 3 years later I have the exact same problem in the exact same place. I called them about warranty and they said it is only one year but I can hire them again to fix the problem!! Are you serious?! They want me to hire them AGAIN to fix what they were supposed to fix in the first place. My new neighbor, who knows about construction, took a look and showed me the problem. These “professionals” add concrete to SOME areas. As you can see in the pictures there is one area without any concrete at all. You can see how my fingers fill the gap. They left a hole around two inches, one foot long wide4 inches deep!!! UPDATE. After I posted this review the company called me to visit my home and check the problem. They came and hours later the company called me. The new excuse, it's a new leak. A new leak that is leaking in the exact same place?! Give me a break. I told the lady on the phone to forget about it because we were heading nowhere. Long story short she hang the phone while I was talking to her; very rude. Bottom line, DO NOT hire them. Save your time, money and problems UPDATE 2. This company not only did a lousy job, the ZERO work ethics! They are stating offering me a substantial discount and that is TOTALLY FALSE. They never, I repeat, NEVER offered me a discount. The lady hang up the phone when I was talking to her. Also, the leak is in the EXACT SAME SPOT. I repeat, the only reason they came and check the leak was because of my review here. As anyone can see they keep updating their response because they don't like my review, that's the only thing they care. I dare them to post, anywhere they want, in any platform they want, our phone conversation so everyone can listen how rude they are. Bottom line, don't waste your hard earned money in this company that doesn't fix the problem and doesn't have work ethics.
