Scott Parrish review about company Locklear Roofing

I am writing this review after multiple attempts over the course of about 2 weeks to get answers from this company regarding repairs they performed on a home that I recently purchased. Locklear Roofing originally installed the roof when the home was built in 2011. During our due diligence period in November 2018, our home inspector discovered an active leak. The seller agreed to repair the leak and Locklear Roofing was hired to perform the repair. After at least one postponement, Locklear completed the repair the day before closing, which left us with virtually no time to address any questions or concerns prior to closing. The repair itself involved replacement of OSB, underlayment, and shingles in the affected area (approximately 4’ x 3’ in size). Since that time, I have made several attempts to contact Locklear regarding questions about the repaired area. Specifically, some of the replaced singles appear raised and photos taken during the repair process show areas of exposed OSB that were not completely covered with underlayment prior to the shingles being installed. The reason for this 1 star review is due to the lack of customer service. I have been promised multiple times that someone knowledgeable about this specific repair job would return my calls and address my concerns. Those calls never come and my questions remain unanswered. Emails and voicemails remain unanswered as well. Given Locklear's lack of customer care, I cannot recommend them and I will be looking elsewhere for my roofing needs.
