Mike Maloney review about company Locklear Roofing
Poor workmanship, and poor customer service. Locklear roofed our townhome buildings using 30 year architectural shingles which should last at least 25 years. We started having leaks shortly after they were built. We were told after 13 years that the roof on one building was so bad it needed to be entirely replaced. Improper flashing, improper nailing, and other workmanship issues. We stretched it to 15 years but are having to replace the roof now 10 years earlier than planned . I would not recommend these guys to anyone.
