Very disappointed in the service and quality of the job done. Left nails and shingle debris all around the house. Left aluminum siding completely missing and exposed to the elements (they did return to fix this). Upon recent cleaning, the gutters were found completely full of garbage which consisted of shingle parts, nails and full boxes of staples. You would think for the amount of money you pay that this would be done. Still waiting for the owner to call after several attempts to notify them of the situation. I guess after you are paid in full you are not a priority! So for the resolution to the issue was a gutter cleaning in the spring. I called msde an appointment for Friday, which was confirmed by company. No one showed up for cleaning the whole day! Received a confirmation call on Tuesday to let me know the cleaning was done? No one showed up and the gutters are still visually full from the ground. Not only is this company unreliable but also a bunch of liars! Seek business elsewhere. After receiving a call from the owner himself Brian, a very apologetic, professional, employee named Justin arrived a cleaned gutters in a half hour. I increased the rating only due to the employee that was sent to clean up the mess that was created due to lack of communication and response with your customers.
