After my initial disappointment around office communication, Mr. Deegan made sure that someone called me immediately to schedule the repair next day. After work completion, Mr. Brien Deegan called to ensure that I am satisfied with the overall services. So I truly appreciate his oversight and commitment towards customer satisfaction. Also his field team is good and won't recommend unnecessary changes. I called them in an anticipation that my whole roof may have to be replaced as its very old, but I was told that it can last another 5 years. So for now i am going with needed repair only as recommended by them.
