Talia Belford review about company Edwards & Hardy Roofing

I'm very disappointed with Edwards & Hardy Roofing (Wellington). I have used their services a few times since we bought our home seven years ago and I had no issues as they did good job with the moss cleaning of our roof. Three weeks ago I had contacted them requesting someone to check the valley rafters of our roof which it requires maintenance. Now I have two cracked tiles that requires replacement. I've called three times (First about the rafter. My subsequent call following up about the rafter and advising of the cracked tiles. And third call, following up on the previous two calls!!!) and still no one has come over to check my roof and replace the tiles as they had advised. I have had no follow up or courtesy call from them either. I'm now dealing with a leaking roof for last two weeks. I've been a loyal customer and have been extremely patient. However I'm thinking about talking my business else where! Edwards & Hardy, if you value your customers even for those with little jobs, the least you do is call back your customers as you have promised.
