Couldn't ask for a better job! Reasonable price for having our house and garage re-roofed, the quality of work was very high, rotten or damaged purlins were replaced. From the start to the finish, the communication was great from the initial quote and colour selection until the scaffolding setup, re-roofing and tidy up.

I used E&H on my roof about 6 months ago. I didn't understand properly what was going to be done on my roof (Mistakes happen). They chem washed my roof. they them returned to clean my gutters and then again to do some repairs. I was expecting to be treated poorly after questioning the original agreement . I wrote in and had Jacob knocking on my door not long after. He listened to my side of the story and agreed to honour my request even though it was likely my fault i misunderstood. They were honorable to a fault. I was surprised. I would recommend this team again (and use them again) in a heartbeat. Thanks guys, really appreciated

These guys keep leaving unsolicited mail either in my mailbox or at my doorstep, advising that they've viewed and assessed my roof, and that I should call them to get it repaired. They also address their correspondence to my wife and I personally, despite us never having met them. It's creepy, unappreciated, a waste of paper and time, and unwanted.

I'm very disappointed with Edwards & Hardy Roofing (Wellington). I have used their services a few times since we bought our home seven years ago and I had no issues as they did good job with the moss cleaning of our roof. Three weeks ago I had contacted them requesting someone to check the valley rafters of our roof which it requires maintenance. Now I have two cracked tiles that requires replacement. I've called three times (First about the rafter. My subsequent call following up about the rafter and advising of the cracked tiles. And third call, following up on the previous two calls!!!) and still no one has come over to check my roof and replace the tiles as they had advised. I have had no follow up or courtesy call from them either. I'm now dealing with a leaking roof for last two weeks. I've been a loyal customer and have been extremely patient. However I'm thinking about talking my business else where! Edwards & Hardy, if you value your customers even for those with little jobs, the least you do is call back your customers as you have promised.
