The current company owner refuses to honor their warranty as he feels that, as the new owner, he doesn't not have to honor warranty's issued by the previous owner. We bought the roof 10 years ago and were given a 25-year warranty. He was very rude and absolutely refused to honor any of the previous owner's warranties.
