Mr. Home came to my home to give me a quote to waterproof my basement. He basically walked in arrogantly and "told" me what I needed. He never asked what I wanted. Every fiber in my body told me that I was dealing with a jerk. He was a "mansplainer". Then I read these reviews and boy am I glad I did. I got the work done for more than what Mr. Home quoted but am glad to do it because I think I saved myself a huge headache. I've gone with low quotes before and was always, always disappointed. But even more than disappointed. I think I dodged a bullet here. Better to go with a reputable outfit than go with the lowest quote. Shop around and do your homework.
