Patricia Hamm review about company Regal Home Improvement

Called on Monday morning to request a salesman come out & give me an estimate for new roof, siding & windows. I was told someone would call later to set up an appointment. No call came. I called again Tuesday morning and told them I had never received a call. They said again that someone would call me back to set up an appointment. Again, no call. If it takes more than 2 days to get a call back for an appointment I don't even want to know how long they drag out the actual job. At this point I feel like I dodged a bullet. I'm done with Regal. I was prepared to pay cash for the work but that cash will go to one of their competitors.
