Ellery Gotay review about company Regal Home Improvement

I had them install Rhino Gutter Guards and they did a terrible job and still not fixed to standard. I contacted the Manager, texted him the pictures, and still about two weeks later NOTHING! He came out to my residence and verified the poor work that was not done, I then called him to discuss the issues and he didn't even have the contract he wrote in front of him and had no clue what the job consisted of. His last statement was "I will do whatever it takes and will get everything done to your satisfaction", and have not heard from him in 5 days. Not even his admin office returned my calls. Look at the pictures especially the screws left on my deck that my dogs were playing with :-| I should have thought something was up when I had to sign three documents just a simple installation. Every contractor I use it's only one. When I asked about the three documents, it was a CYA in case it goes to court. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! I tried to upload more pictures as well as video of the leaking gutters but it will not take. Buyers Beware!
