Kim DeCamp review about company Roofing USA Inc

I had a roof installed in October 2013. They tore off all the old layers of roofing and put on a completely new roof. I have had a leak every single year since my new roof was put on. The first two times they came out to fix the leaks they were pretty nice. The third time on they have not called back for so long the spot on the ceiling from the leak had actually dried. They tried saying the leak stain on the ceiling was prexisting before the roof was replaced because it was dry; totally riduiculous. They give a great warranty but won't actually do repairs to their bad work. A seven year warranty does no good whatsoever if they won't fix leaks. They do terrible work and I would urge anyone thinking of hiring them to think twice. There are other companies who do a better job AND will honor their warranty. The roof may have been done under my married name (Friedland). Guy who doesn't believe this review is real, I hope they don't do to you what they did to us. Update July 7, 2019 A new year and a new monsoon season. New leaks starting all ready. I wake up today because there is a leak directly over our bed onto me. We had our roof put on in October 2013 and continue to have problems. Ben, the owner, comes out to check leaks and sends someone else to fix leaks. It is still happening. This is ridiculous and I will be calling. Ben, I will leave a message at your office and I expect a call back from you.
