BEWARE!!! After being paid a $3,000 deposit the owner skipped town, never to be heard from again leaving us with a disastrous leak. 4th generation was hired to fix a leak in our roof. After a storm we discovered the leak was not fixed in the midst of repairs (tiles off, ladders & debris on the property). After calling for several days, Robert apologized for being out of town and promised to get his crew out to remedy the leak. He was never heard from again. We had to hire another company after shelling out $3k.
