I needed a quote on gutter and soffit repair. An appointment was made, but the technician never showed up. I called the business to ask what happened. The person on the phone was not apologetic and suggested that maybe the technician got stuck at a job. I was extremely irritated by his lack of caring, but gave the company a second chance when he asked if he could reschedule for a different day that week. I accepted, but asked if he could let me know what happened and call me back. Guess what? He didn’t call back and they never showed up on the rescheduled day. I guess they have so much business, they didn’t need mine.
