Jane Doe review about company American Dream Home Improvement

First off I'd like to say I am rating your company from my recent experience and not past. I'm writing this anonymous, because technically I should not be rating your company. However I was so amazed by my last interaction with one of your sales managers, Terrance Thomas and believe he should be acknowledged for it. I have to admit when I first seen I had to meet with ADHI I was a bit nervous. In the past I've been bullied and disrespected by sales guys in IL (some of which are still with the company). My fellow team reassured me that, that would not be the case with Mr. Thomas. I have to say, WOW they were right. Terrance was so kind, respectful, patient, understanding and allowed me to do my job. The way he interacted with the homeowner was much like I have never seen before with this company. He was very trustworthy and knowledgeable when working with me. I'd like to thank him for his time and the chance to work with him. I look forward to working with him in the near future. There is no doubt in my mind that he is a great aspect to this company and they should be honored to have someone like him representing them.
