Awful experience - use them at your peril. My kitchen remodel project was a constant struggle. Crews would show up without materials or tools. Scheduling texts would come the night before with frequent cancellations the middle of the next day. They missed the countertop deadline despite my frequent reminders and I was told by their scheduler Tom Edwards that "customers don't dictate their schedule"! I was without kitchen access for 43 days yet the kitchen was small: 8'x12', 15 linear feet of cabinets. The only nice thing I can say is that they had some good people. But they were constantly teaching guys new skills on my job! (i.e. training a young drywall tech to be an electrician!!!)I think their problem is they've taken on too much work for the crews they have. Awful, just awful experience.
