Please understand that I am not a customer of Pinnacle Exteriors nor do I personally know anyone who has been. The reason for this entry is a result of reading the companies responses to unsatisfied customers. I have spent 25 years in the service industry and can say with 100% confidence that responding to an unfavorable review with negativity and ALL CAP RESPONSES is unprofessional at best. These responses came through to me as demeaning & humiliating. Attempting to disprove existing customer claims through anything but consistent improvement during every customer contact, by every employee, is an unsuccessful recipe. Personally speaking I would be more apt to work with a company that acknowledges mistakes and speaks positively about the corrections.
